Romans Limited is the New Zealand-owned investment holding company of the Laurent family. It was established in New Zealand in order to develop a long term investment holding structure to invest an inheritance from the New Zealand relatives of the founder Peter Laurent a descendant of the Romans and Laurent families.

We have an open mandate focusing on small to middle market listed companies, private equity, venture capital and our own entrepreneurial activities.

We invest with successful entrepreneurs, helping them develop their business in the medium term, and partner with professional financial investors.

We act both as an advisers and investors with our background in corporate advisory, SME’s and family business in Australia and New Zealand endowing us with a unique understanding which helps us work with founders and management teams for the benefit of all shareholders.
